The statement read, \u201cFollowing reports on the prevailing peace and harmony all over Katsina State, the Acting Governor, Faruk Lawal, has lifted the curfew imposed on the state with immediate effect.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe acting governor\u2019s order for lifting of the curfew was to enable people go about their normal businesses unhindered.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u201cHowever, people were cautioned to report any suspicious movement by an individual or group of people to the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
While the curfew has been lifted, citizens are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the authorities.<\/p>\n

The state government remains committed to addressing security challenges and appreciates the support of security agencies and citizens.<\/p>\n
