The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has refuted claims circulating online regarding recruitment into the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The board clarified that these reports are unfounded and should be ignored by the public.<\/p>\n

The CDCFIB also cautioned the public to remain vigilant against fraudulent recruitment schemes and unauthorized agents.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the board confirmed that recruitment for the Federal Fire Service (FFS) is currently underway.<\/p>\n

Candidates who have been shortlisted for the next stage of the process will be notified via phone and email, based on the contact information they provided during registration.<\/p>\n

The statement read in part:<\/p>\n

“The board wishes to inform the general public that the purported online publications did not emanate from the board and as such, should be disregarded.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt also wishes to warn the members of the public to be wary of the activities of fake recruitment syndicates and racketeers,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
