{"id":144544,"date":"2024-08-31T19:45:11","date_gmt":"2024-08-31T18:45:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsdigest.ng\/?p=144544"},"modified":"2024-08-31T19:45:11","modified_gmt":"2024-08-31T18:45:11","slug":"nnpcl-installs-tech-upgrades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepublicpulse.ng\/?p=144544","title":{"rendered":"NNPCL Installs Tech Upgrades in Warri and Kaduna Refineries to Boost Production"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) is undertaking significant reforms to enhance production and efficiency at its Warri and Kaduna refineries.<\/p>\n<p> The company has announced a comprehensive strategy that includes implementing new maintenance protocols, stringent compliance measures, and advanced technological solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Olufemi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Ltd, revealed that both short-term and long-term Operations and Maintenance (O&#038;M) services contracts will be initiated for the Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC) and Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company (KRPC). <\/p>\n<p>These contracts will cover a wide range of operations, such as production and operations planning, execution, and optimization. <\/p>\n<p>They will also include maintenance planning and execution, process and control engineering, quality control, and health and safety measures. <\/p>\n<p>Additional areas addressed will be environmental management, turnaround maintenance, and inventory and warehouse management.<\/p>\n<p>The contracts will follow a rigorous three-stage tender process: Expression of Interest, Technical Evaluation, and Commercial Evaluation, designed to ensure the selection of the most qualified and cost-effective partners. <\/p>\n<p>A significant aspect of the new strategy is the integration of advanced technology solutions.
