A comprehensive report is expected within seven days.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe share the grief and understand the anxiety this news may have caused. The Lagos State Government is committed to ensuring a thorough investigation,\u201d Abayomi said.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement comes just two days after Ayilara, who was pronounced dead at LASUTH, was laid to rest at Abari Cemetery in Lagos Island.
