Liverpool forward, Mohmamed Salah, has stated that 2024\/2025 season would be his last in a Liverpool shirt, noting that there have been no contract talks between him and Liverpool.<\/p>\n

The forward made this comment on the sidelines following Liverpool’s 3-0 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, according to Skysports.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs you know, it\u2019s my last year at the club. I want to enjoy it and I don\u2019t want to think about it. I feel like I\u2019m free to play football and then we\u2019ll see what happens next year,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

However, Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher has predicted Salah might stay on.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would be shocked if Salah isn\u2019t playing for Liverpool next season,\u201d said Carragher.<\/p>\n

After setting up Luis Diaz’s double and adding a third to shut down Old Trafford on Super Sunday, Salah seemed to confirm that he would be leaving Liverpool at the end of the current campaign in an interview given after the game.<\/div>\n

He continued, \u201cComing into the game, I said it could be the last time (I play here with Liverpool).<\/p>\n

\u201cNo one at the club has spoken to me about contracts, so I\u2019m just like, \u2018OK, I\u2019m playing my last season\u2019 and see what happens at the end of the season.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not up to me, but nobody\u2019s talked to me from the club. We will see.\u201d<\/p>\n

Salah, whose contract expires next summer, has been at Anfield since the summer of 2017 when he signed from Roma for a then club-record fee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
