\nNIS, NSCDC, other recruitment registration date, see new date<\/p>\n
The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced a shift in the commencement date for its much-anticipated recruitment exercise.
\nIn an official statement issued on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, the board disclosed that its online recruitment portal initially scheduled to open on Thursday, June 26 will now go live on Monday, July 14, 2025.<\/p>\n
The notice, signed by the Secretary to the Board, stated that the application portal will be accessible via recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng, the official address for all prospective applicants.<\/p>\n
Applicants were also reminded that all job applications to any of the services under the CDCFIB are entirely free of charge, and at no point should any payment be made during the recruitment process.<\/p>\n
\u201cAny inconvenience caused by this change is highly regretted,\u201d the statement read.<\/p>\n
The CDCFIB oversees recruitment into key paramilitary agencies in Nigeria, including the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), the Federal Fire Service (FFS), and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS).<\/p>\n
The board encouraged the general public, especially interested applicants, to stay informed and only rely on verified sources for updates to avoid being misled by fraudulent agents or unofficial platforms.<\/p>\n
