{"id":146683,"date":"2025-06-27T10:12:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T09:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepublicpulse.ng\/?p=146683"},"modified":"2025-06-27T20:30:25","modified_gmt":"2025-06-27T19:30:25","slug":"yobe-man-stabs-neighbour-to-death-over-alleged-affair-with-wife","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepublicpulse.ng\/?p=146683","title":{"rendered":"Yobe Man Arrested for Stabbing Neighbour to Death Over Alleged Affair with Wife"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yobe Man Arrested for Stabbing Neighbour to Death Over Alleged Affair with Wife<\/p>\n<p>A 40-year-old man identified as Yau Ari Dawa has been arrested by the Yobe State Police Command for allegedly stabbing his neighbour to death over a suspected extramarital affair involving his wife.<\/p>\n<p>The tragic incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday in Fulameri Village, where Dawa reportedly confronted 35-year-old Mallam Faji Gana, accusing him of having an illicit relationship with his 25-year-old wife, Noja Yau.<\/p>\n<p>Eyewitnesses told Zagazola Makama that the confrontation escalated into a violent altercation, during which Dawa allegedly stabbed Gana in the abdomen with a knife.<\/p>\n<p>A nearby resident, alarmed by the commotion, quickly alerted the authorities.
