The list of teams advancing to the quarter-finals of the women’s football tournament at the Paris 2024 Olympics has been finalized.
The eight qualified countries are France, Canada, Colombia, the United States, Germany, Spain, Brazil, and Japan. This determination comes after the group stage matches concluded on Wednesday.
Japan secured a 3-1 victory over Nigeria’s Super Falcons, while Spain defeated Brazil 2-0 in other group-stage games.
The quarter-final matches are set to begin on Saturday.
