    FG Urges Aviation Unions to Postpone Planned Protest Over Revenue Deductions

    The Federal Government has called on aviation unions to postpone their planned protest against the deduction of 50 percent of aviation agencies’ internal revenue.

    In a statement issued on Friday, Festus Keyamo, the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, assured unions and stakeholders that President Bola Tinubu is “deeply concerned about the improvement of the aviation sector” and will carefully consider their demands to find a balanced solution.

    Keyamo emphasized, “We appeal to all workers to remain calm and maintain industrial peace while the Government works diligently to resolve the issue.

    The Ministry values their patience and is committed to ensuring a conducive work environment for everyone.”
