The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd. (NNPC Ltd.) has issued a strong warning against fraudulent claims that employment slots are available for purchase.
Olufemi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer at NNPC Ltd., emphasized that such rumors are baseless.
“There is no truth to the claims that we offer employment slots for sale,” Soneye stated.
He denounced these assertions as “antics of fraudsters” aiming to exploit jobseekers.
NNPC Ltd. assured the public that its recruitment process is transparent and does not involve any form of payment or inducement.
The company cautioned that any individual paying money for a job opportunity does so at their own risk.
