The Office of the Honourable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun is aware of a malicious and fraudulent post circulating on social media, which was generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
This content is entirely false. It fraudulently impersonates Mr. Edun and promotes a deceptive investment scheme with which the Minister has absolutely no affiliation.
We strongly advise the public to refrain from engaging with or sharing this content. This is a calculated attempt to deceive and defraud unsuspecting individuals by exploiting the credibility of Mr. Edun and the office he holds.
