The announcement was made during the Governor’s visit to the Emir’s palace. The Emir stated that the title was granted to the Governor by the grace of Almighty Allah, emphasizing that the honor reflects divine prerogative.
Governor Abdulrazaq, visibly elated, raised his hands in gratitude as those present expressed their admiration and support.
