JAMB sets date to decide 2025 admission cut-off marks
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that the policy meeting to determine the admission cut-off marks for the 2025/2026 academic session will hold on Tuesday, July 8.
The meeting, which will bring together key stakeholders in the education sector, is scheduled to take place at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja (formerly known as the International Conference Centre) where the 2025 JAMB cut-off marks will be decided.
JAMB made the announcement late Wednesday via its official X (formerly Twitter) handle, @JAMBHQ.
“The 2025 Policy Meeting holds on 8th July, 2025 at Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre, Abuja. The Policy Meeting is the gathering of stakeholders where policy guidelines and other relevant regulations on admission are discussed and ratified for the next academic year,” the statement read.
It further noted that attendance at the meeting is strictly by invitation. However, interested members of the public will be able to follow the proceedings through JAMB’s official social media platforms.
The annual policy meeting is where minimum cut-off marks are set for admission into Nigerian universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and monotechnics. Decisions made at the meeting guide the admission process for the upcoming academic year.
