Hip hop icon Snoop Dogg, pop sensation Billie Eilish, and rock legends the Red Hot Chili Peppers are slated to perform at the closing ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games, according to Variety.
The August 8 report reveals that these artists will take part in a mix of live and pre-recorded performances to mark the transition of the Summer Olympic Games from Paris to Los Angeles.
The ceremony will also feature a stunt by Hollywood star Tom Cruise.
At the conclusion of the event, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass will receive the Olympic Torch, signifying the city’s preparation to host the 2028 Summer Olympics.
Snoop Dogg, Billie Eilish, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, all hailing from Los Angeles, will be a key part of the celebration.
Snoop Dogg previously carried the Olympic Torch at the Paris Games’ opening ceremony.
